Clearance items and specially customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there are quality problems.

Any applications submitted beyond the time limit will not be accepted without special circumstances. 5. Shipping Fee Rules

If the return or refund is caused by our product quality problems, shipping errors or our other responsibilities, we will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is due to personal reasons such as inappropriate size, personal style dislike or unnecessary purchase, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping fee.
